Postpartum Services

​

This is a general list of services. Each package will be customized to fit your individual needs. 

 

• An obligation-free consultation to get to know one another. This is a sensitive time and we both want to make sure we have a positive connection before committing to one another. 

• A home visit around 36-38 weeks of pregnancy to discuss your postpartum care, expectations about life when the baby arrives, and the specific help you will need for you and your family. 

• Assisting with breastfeeding and answering any questions you may have about feeding.

• Helping with settling the baby, including swaddling and soothing techniques.

• Assisting during bathing.

• Accompanying you to specialists or doctors' appointments to provide additional support. Driving you to appointments, especially if you've had a caesarian and are unable to drive for six weeks, or offering company or help on outings.

• Grocery shopping, meal prep, cooking meals, light housekeeping and errand running.

• Helping with the siblings of your new baby.

SUPPORT PACKAGE *

2 weeks, 3 visits per week, 4 hours per visit or ay combination of those hours
